the v4 of my personal dev portfolio. I evolved through the years, and I redesign and rebuild my portfolio when I improve more and see that I need new rebranding. This portfolio is a showcase of my evolution, in terms of dev and design as well.
UI
The design is a fresh look, different from my all previous portfolios that were in black and golden. This portfolio is more mature, classy and feels fancy and professional. The use of green started from my previous portfolio, but with just small amount. After testing and exploring my pallet, as well as building other UIs for my projects, I fall in love with this "Greenish-cyan". And decided to make it my primary color. And It's between dark mode and lite mode. and comfortable to see and explore.
For The font, I went with lowercase-first "Urbanist" google font. It's beautiful and went very well with the headline.
When designing the UI I wanted to create comfortable space to explore, and minimalist website, straight to the point. The details are written in there own space, you can consider it "DDD -- Domain Driven Design" in UX.
What does this portfolio have?
This portfolio differently from the previous ones have two differences. First, is the stack whish I used to build it. Second, The addition of blogs, and heavily focusing on SEO.
Blogs
I write blogs from time to time, sharing an experience or playing with a concept and explaining what I understand and find interesting. The direction of my blogs are reality project. I write based on a project I work on, When I find a challenging topic, and spend days to solve it. I re-write the code, write a full article on how does it work or how to build things. And share them.
Projects
This time, instead of brief description of the project, there will be a more detailed descriptions. From the start of the idea until I deployed it (Or finished the result I wanted).
Stack
As I mentioned before, this version is different from the previous one. The stack I used for all the previous ones, is VueJS / NuxtJS. Since 2020, I've used VueJS daily, and used it to create all the projects I built until now. However, I lifted the challenge bar recently, I started using ReactJS and NextJS to create projects. And I've used NextJS SSG with MDX to build this portfolio. It's firstly a showcase of experience with tool, Exploring it more, and learn about it more. Because I only learn with projects. Learning by doing!.
About the Future of this portfolio
This portfolio will leave longer than the previous ones, because I'm building it with a futurist vision, where I can add more interesting things here. I love coding, Experimenting with UI, trying new things, create fancy and interactive UIs. And this portfolio will be the space where I can explore and experiment.
